Deely grows when people discover it, try it, and keep coming back. Your job is to make that happen faster. This is not a brand awareness role. It is a growth role. You will build campaigns, test channels, and iterate relentlessly until you find what moves the number.
Responsibilities
Own Acquisition Channels
Identify, test, and scale the channels that bring in the right users. Paid, organic, community, referral: you know how to evaluate and prioritize.
Run Lifecycle Campaigns
Build the messaging systems that move users from signup to activation to habit. Own email, push, and in-app messaging with a focus on behavior change.
Drive Experimentation
Run structured tests across copy, creative, targeting, and timing. Measure results rigorously and share learnings with the broader team.
Content and SEO
Develop content that ranks, converts, and builds trust. Own the editorial calendar and ensure every piece has a clear growth objective.
Product and Growth Alignment
Work closely with product and engineering to ensure growth levers are built into the product. Advocate for features that amplify distribution.
Performance Reporting
Track CAC, LTV, payback period, and channel-level attribution. Present results clearly and use data to decide what to double down on.
Requirements
Experience
3+ years in a growth or performance marketing role at a startup or high-growth company. You have owned a metric and moved it.
Channel Expertise
Deep experience in at least two channels. You understand the mechanics behind why something works, not just that it worked.
Analytical Skill
You are fluent with analytics platforms, marketing attribution, and experiment design. You know the difference between correlation and causation.
Copywriting
You write with clarity and intent. You understand that words drive action and you take that responsibility seriously.
Speed
You move fast, ship fast, and learn fast. You do not wait for perfect conditions to start testing.
Collaboration
You work well with designers, PMs, and engineers. You build systems that others can contribute to and scale.
