By using Deely, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that happens under it. You must be at least 18 to use Deely.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use Deely to generate illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.

4. Content ownership

You own the content you create with Deely. We retain rights only to operate and improve the service.

5. Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are handled case-by-case within 14 days of purchase.

6. Termination

You can cancel anytime. We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms.

7. Disclaimer

Deely is provided "as is." We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
