Responsibilities
Own the Growth Engine
Lead how users discover, adopt, and return to Deely. Build and scale systems like referrals, incentives, win-back flows, and gamified mechanics that drive steady usage.
Optimize Core Workflows
Take full ownership of Deely's core product experience. Ensure every key flow is clear, fast, and reliable from first action to repeated use.
Master the Engagement Loop
Work closely with product teams to build high-intent features like saved items, alerts, and reminders. Bring users back through smart notifications and lifecycle messaging.
Experiment at Scale
Run structured experiments across onboarding, drop-off points, and engagement touchpoints. Use data to improve conversion, retention, and overall product quality.
Build Growth Infrastructure
Develop and maintain the systems behind growth: notification logic, user segmentation, attribution, and internal tools that support rapid iteration.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data to ship new features and improve existing ones. Ensure everything scales cleanly and meets required standards.
Requirements
Experience
7+ years building and scaling consumer-facing fintech or productivity software. You have worked on products where usage, retention, and trust matter.
Growth Expertise
Proven ability to grow products through lifecycle systems, referrals, and retention loops. You understand how to move key metrics like activation, repeat usage, and long-term engagement.
Product Thinking
Strong understanding of user behavior, workflows, and system design. You can break down complex problems and turn them into simple, usable product experiences.
Analytical Rigor
Comfortable working with data. You define clear metrics, understand attribution, and run fast, structured experiments to improve outcomes.
Execution Under Ambiguity
You operate well without perfect information. You make trade-offs, move quickly, and deliver high-quality work on time.
AI Fluency
You use AI tools as part of your workflow to speed up thinking, building, and shipping real product improvements.
